How to Consign with
CRAFTERS & HOME-BASED BUSINESSES
OPTION 1:  (Month-to-month)  Rental space is $15 per month plus 25% of
items sold.  The rental space is approximately 2 foot long x 1 1/2 foot tall.
 Larger space is available for an additional $3 per foot per month. (3 mo.
min.)

OPTION 2:  (6 month commitment)  Pay a semi-annual fee of $60 for a
space (2' x 1 1/2') plus
30% of items sold.  Larger space is available for an
additional $2.50 per foot per month.  Fee must be paid in full at the
beginning of contract.  No refund or pro-rating available for this option.

Pricing and discounting procedures will be determined at the time
consignment items are accepted.  Holiday items are discounted 50% on
the first business day following the holiday.  Seasonal items are
discounted 50% at the discretion of management.  Consignor may
choose to sell one item or several items... its all up to you.
USED TREASURES
(50/50)  Pay an annual Consignor Sign-up Fee of $15.  You bring in as many
or as few items as you wish (at management's discretion) during the one
year period. The consignment period is for 90 days. The original selling
price will be determined and noted on the Inventory Intake Sheet. Items
not sold in 30 days will be reduced by 20%; after 45 days 30%; after 60
days 50% of original selling price.  Items that are out-of-season (Christmas
items, winter coats, bathing suits) will be donated to charity.  Items not
sold in 90 days will be donated to charity and a tax-deductible receipt will
be mailed to consignor. (Antiques will be returned to consignor)
Consignors receive 50% of the sold items.
DONATIONS ACCEPTED FOR CHARITY
Mishmash & Muddle is a division of A LIFT UP ORG, a 501(c)3 non-profit
Christian-based charity. Donations to this charity are tax-deductible.
Donations are gladly accepted and items not sold at Mishmash & Muddle
will be given to needy families or sent to our thrift store.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payments are made the
15th day of each month to consignors
accruing a payment balance over $50.  Any
balances under $50 will be added to the next
month’s payment
or may be used as store
credit
.  If consigning items with balances
under $50 total, check will be mailed at the
end of the 90-day consignment period.  
Payments will include an itemized sales
report.
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED FOR CONSIGNMENT

Toys and Games;
Maternity Clothing, Men's Clothing, Boy's Clothing;                                              
  We will only accept current season clothing and name-brand clothing.  As always, items must be   
  clean, without damage, and unwrinkled.
Men and Boy's Shoes;
Suitcases;
Electronic Equipment (VCRs, Radios, Televisions, CD players, Cassette Players, etc.);
Appliances (washers, refrigerators, blenders, etc);
Tires or Exercise, Lawn or Farm Equipment;
Anything that needs repair, dirty, stained, faded or torn;
Cassette Tapes or Blank Tapes or Electronics;
Wedding Gowns, Prom Dresses, Tuxedos, Coats or Uniforms; and
No open toiletries (perfume, lotion, cosmetics, etc.).
