| How do the Clients come to A Lift Up Org? We rely upon our community partners' knowledge of the client and their situation. All of our clients come to us through referrals from social service agencies, non-profit organizations and churches. Referring Agents work individually with the clients and visit their homes to ensure they are eligible. This step is crucial, as this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for our clients. NOTE TO AGENCY: YOU MUST BE A SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY TO REFER CLIENTS TO A LIFT UP ORG FOR ASSISTANCE. YOU MUST HAVE FIRST-HAND KNOWLEDGE OF THE CLIENTS' LIVING ARRANGEMENTS AND NEEDS. |
